Pre-dawn meet, the river that's actually fishing for the conditions, lunch on a gravel bar, and we keep working runs until the light is gone. You'll learn to read water the way it deserves to be read.

I'm Brock. I fish, I tie, and I teach.

I've been guiding Northern California water full-time since 2014. Before that, I was the kid skipping school to fish the McCloud and the Trinity. The flies in your fly box? I tie them. The river you'll fish on Tuesday? I scouted it Monday.

This isn't an outfitter operation with a rotating roster of seasonal guides. It's one person, one boat, one phone number. When you book Wilson's, you get me — and the relationships I've built with these rivers over twelve seasons.

River selection is made the day before based on flows, weather, and hatch. Specific water names shared after booking.
